Submission Instructions

All papers must be submitted electronically using our web-based submission system before the Paper Submission Deadline is reached. Before the Notification of Acceptance Deadline is reached each corresponding author will receive an e-mail as regards to the acceptance of their work. This e-mail includes a password you need for accessing the paper submission system.

Please note that all authors must register before the Full Paper Submission Deadline in order for their paper to be included in the Congress Proceedings.

Also, template instructions must be followed strictly in order for their paper to be included in the Congress Proceedings.

To submit your work, proceed with the following steps:

  • Prepare your paper strictly following the formatting style given in the template provided;
  • Make sure that the abstract for your paper does not go beyond the first page of the document;
  • Access our paper submission system at http://www.iahs2018.org/index.php?papers=1;
  • Use the login and password given to the corresponding author in the notification of acceptance e-mail;
  • Upload your paper in PDF format.

After submitting your full paper, you will receive an e-mail confirming if your paper is camera-ready and you will be asked to submit your final paper which will be included in the Congress Proceedings.
