Oral Presentation

Papers accepted for presentation at the 42st IAHS World Congress will be given a slot in the appropriate thematic session of the Congress Scientific Program.

Oral presentations should be made in English, by one of the co-authors, and should not exceed the duration of 15 minutes, after which a discussion of 5 minutes will be allowed.

Authors presenting the papers must be in their assigned room at least 15 minutes before the start of the session, so as to transfer their files onto the computer and inform the moderator of the session on who will be making the presentation.

Each room will be equipped with a computer and an image projector for authors to make their presentation in MS PowerPoint or PDF format.

Note that at least one of the authors of each paper must be registered and have paid for the registration fee by the final Paper Submission Deadline in order for the presentation to be included in the Congress Scientific Program.

One person may co-author several papers however each registration entitles authors to the presentation of only one paper, meaning that the various papers should be presented by different authors.
